A member of the 1980 U.S. Olympic gold medal team and a Minnesota Duluth product, Harrington is currently the head coach of the Minnesota State women’s team. A: When looking to developing the 360-degree player, the focus is often placed first on developing the physical, technical, and tactical skills that are needed to play the game of ice hockey. However, as players enter the 14U/16U age levels, it is just as important to focus on the psychological, emotional, and social skills that players will need during the season.
