The Sports lllustrated Almanac is an annual statistical guide to the world of sports, with massive amounts of data—both current and historical—on all the major sports as well as many of the lesser known sports still followed closely by fervent fan bases throughout the country. With essays contributed by SI staff in addition to sport-by-sport coverage of all the critical happenings within the past year, the goal of the publication was to build a loyal audience of sports fans who continue to purchase the product year after year as well as providing Sports Illustrated with a highly regarded premium to induce customers to renew their subscriptions. We have been producing the Almanac since 1992.
